What are the Requirements/Eligibility Criteria for Pak Army Medical Cadet Course?
- Cadet Age should be from 17 years to 21 years.
- The only male can apply for Pakistan Army Medical Cadet Course.
- Cadet material status should be married, height should be a minimum of 5 feet 4 inches, weight should be according to body mass index and nationality should be Pakistani.
Note: Dual National Holder has to surrender one nationality once selected.
Finally after selection and completion of the Army medical course selected candidate will have to sign a bond, according to which he has to serve the Pakistan Army as a Doctor for at least 13 years.

Educational Criteria:
- The cadet who has passed FSc pre-medical with 70% marks or A level with minimum C Grade will be Eligible for Pak Army Medical Cadet Course.
- Cadets having domicile of Balochistan, Sindh (District TharParkar, Omar Kot), Northerans Area, Azad Kashmir (Upper Neelam Valley), and FATA will be Eligible for MCC with 65% in FSc pre-Medical.
- Cadets who have passed their FSc pre-medical Part 1 with 70% marks can also apply for Army Medical Cadet Course by getting the Hope Certificate from the head of the institution.
- Cadets who have done A levels or O levels have to obtain equivalent certificates or Marks Conversion from Inter Board Committee of Chairman, Ministry of Education, Islamabad.
Some Point to Keep in Mind While Applying for Medical Cadet Course:
- Cadets have to appear in one of the provisional entry tests such as UHS, NUMS, MDCAT, etc only in that case will be eligible for the Pakistan Amry Medical Cadet Course.
- Cadets must have clearly mentioned the names of preferred army colleges on the first page of the admission form for which he is applying.
- If a cadet will be selected in any of the preferred medical colleges his allocation will not be changed.
Preliminary Selection Test for Army Medical Cadet Course:
After Successfully Passing out the Provisional Entry Test which will be based on English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology the cadets have to appear for Physical Test at Army Selection and Recruitment Center.
In the Physical test cadets have to clear 1.6 Km run in 9 minutes, 15 push-ups in 2 minutes, 20 sit-ups in 2 minutes, chin-ups 3 repetitions, Ditch Crossing 7'.4'' x 7'.4'' and 4' deep.
After passing the Medical Cadet Physical test cadet have to undergo an Initial Medical test at Pakistan Army Selection and Recruitment Center.

Further Selection Procedure:
Cadets who pass the Physical and Medical Test at AS&RC will be called by GHQ at Army Medical College, Rawalpindi for Intelligence, Personality, and Interview. The final Selection of the cadets will be made at GHQ by keeping in mind the overall performance of Cadets.
Academic Courses:
Those cadets who will be selected by GHQ will complete their preferred courses at their preferred institutes according to merit free of cost. Even Army will give you monthly spends.
After completing their professional education, cadets will undergo 22 weeks of training at PMA Kakul. After Successfully completing their Military Training Medical Cadets will be appointed as Captain Doctor in Pakistan Army.

How to Join Pak Army After Matric, Inter, and Graduation?
Documents Required at AS&RC For Medical Cadet Course:
Following are the documents that are required at the time of registration for the Medical Cadet course at the Army Selection and Recruitment Center.
- 1 attested photocopy of a matric certificate. In case of A level or O level candidates have to submit the equivalent Certificates from the IBCC.
- 1 attested photocopy of CNIC or B form issued by NADRA.
- 1 attested photocopy of FSc part 1 detailed mark sheet and Hope certificate from the principal of college which ensures that candidate will get 70% marks in FSc Part 2.
- Attested photocopies of Passport Size Photographs on the Pak Army Medical Cadet Course.
- The candidate who Already has passed the FSc Part 2, will have to submit 1 attested photocopy of the Detail Mark Sheet.
