On behalf of the Home Department of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, issuing instructions to all the District Magistrates and Mandalayuktas, ordered to remove all religious places along the road as soon as possible.
Recently, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued orders to remove encroachments on the roads in the name of religious places, taking strict steps to remove the increasing encroachments on the roads.
In this regard, instructions have been issued to all the Mandalayukta and District Magistrates on March 11, 2021, regarding the removal of encroachments in the name of religious places. All the Mandalayukta and District Magistrates have been directed to submit the report by 14 March.
