Prime Minister Modi appealed to all people to contribute to making Covid-19 free to India along with getting the vaccine installed.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached AIIMS on March 01, 2021, at around 6 am, and has administered the first dose of Coronavirus vaccine there. PM Modi appealed to people to get the Corona vaccine installed.
Prime Minister Modi tweeted that I took the first dose of Corona vaccine in AIIMS, it is admirable how our doctors and scientists have worked in quick time to strengthen the global fight against Corona, I appeal to all of them, Who are eligible to take the vaccine, together, we should make India Covid free.
The second phase of corona vaccination starts on 01 March 2021. In this phase, people over 60 years of age and those above 45 years of age with any disease will be vaccinated.
In the second phase, vaccines will be given to the elderly above 60 years and those with the serious illness of more than 45 years. The list of critical illness will be released by the government, along with the critical doctor's certificate will be required for those with a critical illness.
In the second phase, 27 crore people will get the benefit of vaccination. For which more than 12 thousand government and primary health centres have been tasked to accelerate vaccination.
