Uttarakhand ATS (ATS) has been joined by a team of women commandos, which includes 32 women. Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat (CM Trivendra Singh Rawat) inaugurated Uttarakhand's Women's Commando Force and Smart Cheetah Police at Police Line Dehradun.
Recently, Uttarakhand State Police has become the fourth state in the country to include a squad of women commandos where the police have prepared a squad of women commandos.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister honoured commando instructor Shifu Shaurya Bhardwaj, military officer Rubina Karki, PTC Narendra Nagar instructor Hitesh Kumar, commando inspector Neeraj Kumar and trained women police commandos.
On this occasion, Uttarakhand State Director General of Police Ashok Kumar said that with the formation of the Women Police Commando Squad and Cheetah Police Team, the confidence and morale among the women of the state will be increased. Earlier, women commando squads in Nagaland, Kerala and West Bengal have been included in the police.
(हाल ही मे, उत्तराखंड राज्य पुलिस में महिला कमांडो का दस्ता शामिल करने वाला देश का ऐसा चौथा राज्य बन गया है जहां पुलिस ने महिला कमांडो का दस्ता तैयार किया है |)

(इस अवसर पर उत्तराखंड राज्य के पुलिस महानिदेशक अशोक कुमार ने कहा कि महिला पुलिस कमांडो दस्ते तथा चीता पुलिस दल के गठन से राज्य की महिलाओं में पुलिस के प्रति विश्वास एवं मनोबल बढ़ेगा | इससे पहले नागालैंड, केरल और पश्चिम बंगाल में महिला कमांडो दस्ते पुलिस में शामिल किए जा चुके हैं |)
