Results of 5th and 8th Class and PEC Website
Today (31st March 2010), Punjab Examination Commission, Pakistan has announced/ declared the results of 5th Class and 8th Class of all Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education of Punjab Province. Results of the following cities for 8th class and 5th class is announced; Attock, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chakwal, Chiniot, DG Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Jhelum, Jhang, Kasur, Khanewal, Khushab, Lahore, Layyah, Lodhran, Mandi Baha ud Din, Mianwali, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Nankana Sahib, Narowal, Okara, Pak Pattan, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Toba Tek Singh & Vehari.
www.pec.edu.pk is the official website of Punjab Education Commission. But servers of this website are down since today morning and students of all Punjab are frustrated in this situation. They are waiting for their results from months and now when the time has come, the official website of www.pec.edu.pk might be overburdened.
It is hoped that the IT department of PEC will be working to fix this problem so the students can check their results in time.
For the future, it is requested to PEC that they should publish this result on the BISE websites. Or PEC should take some other preventive measures. Because the load on the PEC website will be very much high on the result day, in future too.
